Boot Camps

Each boot camp is designed specifically to accommodate all fitness levels. Classes are 60 minutes and include warm up/cool down, cardio, and full body strength training. Each boot camp is led by two personal trainers, to ensure the exercises are performed properly. Bring yourself, an exercise mat, and water. We provide the rest.

Contact us to join a class. Schedule and times located on the calendar to the right. Boot camps are held on the back field of Civic Park in Walnut Creek.


Private Boot Camps

We offer private boot camps that require a minimum of 5 people. Private boot camps will be designed around your group’s specific goals.  Private sessions can be for bridal parties, sports teams, corporate team building, or simply a group of friends that want to reach the next level.
